Frank Ocean has diverted attention from the newsfeed-flooding mammoth that is Coachella by releasing his new video for Channel Orange highlight 'Lost'. The clip sees Ocean recording, travelling, performing live and alternate between looking ecstatic and seeming a bit tired from all the jet-setting. Must be a hard life, eh? Watch the video below:
Like a quiet supercollider, Frank Ocean released his new video for "Lost" with little fanfare today. There's a definite super 8-quality to the video which follows him on his travels and travails around the world in the summer of 2012 as an up-and-coming performer finally coming into his own. Watch: Frank Ocean jetset in new video for ‘Lost’
Music Video: Frank Ocean – Lost
Unlike the woman in the song, Frank Ocean doesn't get lost in the thrill of it all. He retells untold stories of his 2012 summer, through various scenes in his latest visual redemption. The vintage 16mm film adds to the rewinding of time illusion, the lyrics imagery intertwines with the nomadic traveling, while the picture and picture effect simplistic usage reminds us that you don't need the biggest budget, bootiys, video effects or industry standard 5D camera's to create magic. Grammy Award Winning and never forgot that simplicity is key. Francisco Soriano directed. frank ocean [...]
[music video]: Frank Ocean – Lost
Frank Ocean has released a cool video for "Lost" that serves as a reflection of his time out on the road on tour. Playing shows, recording music, hanging with fans..living the dream. These are always some of my favorite type of videos. Just a real look at what life is like on the road for our favorite artists. frank ocean [lost] from christopher francis ocean on Vimeo .

Watch: Frank Ocean's Retrospective Video for "Lost"
"Lost" seemed to be one of the most radio-ready and accessible tracks off of Frank Ocean's immediate classic channel Orange from last year. But instead it serves as a reminiscent track to a split screen video highlighting Ocean's journeys over the past year, released today, still making it seem like it's the optimal timing for the video to surface.
Video: Tyler, the Creator, “Domo 23″
As promised, Tyler, the Creator debuted new music from his upcoming album Wolf in this morning's wee hours, with a video for "Domo 23." Earl Sweatshirt plays referee in the wrestling match visual, which, like ... read more
Frank Ocean’s “Forrest Gump” Music Video: Behind The Scenes
Thankfully we can start a sentence today with " Frank Ocean " and not have to follow it up with any further mention of his unfortunate run-in with Chris Brown . The Best New Artist nominee was recently snapped while on the set of his upcoming music video for "Forrest Gump" . The channel ORANGE singer was dressed, as one would expect, in a replica of the light-colored suit worn by the song title's namesake (with the addition of Frank's signature [...]
