Friends unveiled the video for their new single "Mind Control" yesterday on the Noisey YouTube channel, and today via outlets worldwide. Finally there is news on New York's Friends . The funky pop dance fun band who knows how to make a party at their live shows. I happened to see them play in Ottawa on November 24, 2011 . The band dropped a new single. Mind Control has that 1980s new wave pop "Prince" sound. The single is taken from their upcoming album "Manifest" which drops on June 5th on Fat Possum (WOW congrats to them being signed to a great label!!) Have a listen.
