The news of an Addsion Groove album was greeted with much hype when it was announced several months ago. The man also known as Headhunter, responsible for bringing us "Footcrab", one of the tunes of 2010, has signed up to 50Weapons for his first long player. We haven't got our hands on a review copy as yet, but have tracked down this clip to wet the whistle enough to get even more excited. Its real riddim bumping stuff.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like Winnipeg is a hotbed for ghetto funk. We've seen some incredible acts come through this city - NICK THAYER being the latest. We can thank our friends at MUSIC FIRST for this show. I can't imagine a producer as diverse as Thayer. Everything he does falls loosely into breaks, but the tempo ranges in his production makes him stand out.
