Garbage were one of the finest singles bands of the '90s alt-pop boom, and they've been generally quiet since releasing 20052s generally underwhelming Bleed Like Me . And now they're getting all set to release a new album. Not Your Kind Of People arrives 5/15 on the band's own unfortunately monikered label STUNVOLUME. We all knew it was coming soon and now we've got confirmation. Garbage will release its first studio album in seven years on May 15th and it's called Not Your Kind Of People . Down below is a video from the band teasing bits and pieces of the album as they prepare to go full on album promotion mode. Expect North American tour dates to be announced in the near future.

Garbage have announced they will are to release their fifth studio album and follow up to 2005's Bleed Like Me with the highly anticipated, Not Your Kind Of People. The date has been set and you'll be able to get your hands on it come May 15th, 2012, via their very own label STUNVOLUME.
