The Gourds are an American band hailing from the live music capital of the world: Austin, Texas. The Gourds have been around since 1994 and have been featured on Austin City Limits (2006). Their new album Haymaker! , which was released on January 6, 2009 via Yep Roc Records is said to be their best work and I would definitely agree.
