When the New Kids On the Block first appeared, my mother could not resist comparing the hysteria they created with Beatlemania. Good news for Green Day fans in the Phoenix-Tempe-Scottsdale heat zone: the band will play an intimate theater show at Tempe's Marquee Club on December 10th as warmup for a larger arena tour throughout 2013. In anticipation for the release of their new album, ' Green Day Uno! ', ' Green Day Dos! ', and ' Green Day Tr! ' album trilogy, Green Day have announced plans to release a career spanning boxed set.
