The Canadian songstress' new video for "Nightmusic" embodies this total art experience.  Equal parts Game of Thrones, Tron and the Hunger Games, one run through this stunning video and you'll be a step closer to knowing what Grimes is all about.

A canadense Grimes acaba de lançar seu quarto clipe, dessa vez para Nightmusic, faixa integrante do seu último álbum lançado, o Visions . A filmagem obscura é repleta de fade ins e fade outs da cantora em uma floresta um tanto quanto esquisitona. Grimes (e outras pessoas peladas também) dança com folhas secas e sente a música enquanto a natureza parece se manifestar de acordo com seus gestos. Polaris season is fast approaching, and as I've been saying for a while now, no ballot should be submitted without giving Grimes  extraordinary Visions  a few solid run throughs. Today, she has served up an awesome reminder of just how great Visions  is with a striking video for the impossibly catchy "Nightmusic," probably my favourite cut from the record. It's not quite as consuming as the video for " Oblivion ," but more than makes up for that through Claire Boucher's witchery and some unsettling woodland cinematography. There's also couple of (tastefully) naked people hanging around as well, so you [...]

Can't quite watch the video as I'm sitting in the office, but I hear Grimes ' new music video involves Claire being filmed witching her way across a gloomy wasteland with a bunch of nudes along the way. In case you missed my review of Grimes' sold-out Mercury Lounge gig check it out here , especially the live performance of Nightmusic in which she stops mid-song to demand the music be louder. Epic!

La talentosísima Grimes nos presenta su video más reciente para el track “Nightmusic” , donde vuelve a unir fuerzas con Majical Cloudz. John Londono fue el encargado de dirigir este video, perteneciente al segundo sencillo del álbum Visions . Chequen a Grimes en medio de un bosque siniestro acompañada de sus ya tradicionales beats y sintetizadores. A ver si les gusta.

We're sort of Grimesophiles (it's a word, shut up) here at DHM. Usually Travis is the one obsessing over her as you can see here or here , but that doesn't mean the rest of us don't have a soft spot for the creative little weirdo. The video for "Nightmusic" isn't quite amazing as her video for " Oblivion " but it's still got a distinctly different feel to it, plus you know, naked people. Grimes is her usual weird and lovely self in the NSFW video for “Nightmusic.” Boucher frolics around an abandoned forest with a male counterpart, and seemingly puts some mind-numbing spells on him. While Grimes has been busy touring and collaborating, she finally has time to drop off a second set of visuals from her highly acclaimed full-length, Visions . This time it is for the haunting Majical Cloudz-assisted "Nightmusic", which gets equally as spooky film work to match. Thanks to director John Londono, many of us probably won't sleep tonight, as creepy creatures journey through the wilderness in this fantastically conducting music video. Visions is out now.
