Grizzly Bear return today with a nice little holiday gift, packaged up in some weird wrapping paper. The strange holiday infomercial is seven minutes worth of an odd grab bag of images - tomatoes, taco meals, hot air balloons, and dogs playing poker - set to New Age piano versions of Shields cuts "Half Gate," "Sleeping Ute," and "The Hunt". It's entertaining in the "what in the deuce is going on" sorta way. And, no, you can't exchange it for a new iPad or Snuggie.

Brooklyn-based Grizzly Bear is an exceptionally talented band, and it's no surprise that their most recent release, Shields , has been popping up with regularity on numerous "best album of the year" lists. Thanks in large part to masterfully harmonic tracks like "Yet Again," it is also widely be discussed as the group's most digestible and cohesive album to date. Last night on the Late Show with David Letterman Grizzly Bear returned to the TV screens of many an American household with a performance of "Yet Again". Check out the performance if you missed it at the top of the page courtesy of The Audio Perv . Seriously gonna miss those guys when they call it quits in the very near future. As they did for Colbert and Jools , Grizzly Bear used their opportunity to interface directly with a nation's insomniacs/next-morning-video- embed-watchers with a performance of " Yet Again " from Shields . Grizzly Bear continued their U.S. television tour of Shields last night. Following appearances on Colbert , Fallon , and Leno , the band stopped by the Ed Sullivan Theatre to perform "Yet Again" on the Late Show with David Letterman . The unstoppable team of director Emily Kai Bock and cinematographer Evan Prosofsky - not sure how we missed the pair's new Doldrums video , thanks for the heads up, Grimes - beautifully document the simultaneously vibrant and melancholy Miami nightlife in the stunning new visuals for Sébastien Schuller 's " Nightlife ."

Everybody's favorite Brooklyn band, Grizzly Bear , stopped by Later... With Jools Holland last night to give a very solid performance of Shields highlight "Yet Again" . The four piece proved on the show that their live act is just as good, if not better than on record, with vocals that were absolutely spot-on. In support of their most recent record Shields , Grizzly Bear stopped by Jay Leno last night and delivered a spot-on performance of "Speak In Rounds." The Brooklyn band will be heading to Europe next week and will visit Jools Holland on the 16th for another live performance. Watch their stint on Leno below. ( Prefix )

We've seen one notable performance on the Late Show with Jay Leno this week and last night we notched that up to two when Grizzly Bear took to the stage.
