Currently re-visiting the Radiohead catalog. I go through Radiohead frenzies... It is really like coming home. I have found over the years though that I tend to miss my dad more listening to some of their older stuff like The Bends and OK Computer but it is much more comforting then it is sad... The second wave of expanded Radiohead Capitol catalog albums hits August 25 with the release of deluxe versions of Kid A (2000), Amnesiac (2001) and Hail To The Thief (2003) in multi-disc formats. But holy shitballs Thom York and Radiohead make good ass music. I think I heard someone's so-so cover of "Idioteque" yesterday and all I can freaking listen to today is Radiohead. I think after 4+ hours I've now become borderline obsessive. And I think they (or at least their old label did) released deluxe versions/collector's editions/rare single ep's of Radiohead's first three albums....maybe I'll get around to checking those out. Capitol Records / EMI will be reissuing several Radiohead and Coldplay albums on vinyl on August 19. Radiohead's ' OK Computer ', 'Kid A', 'Amnesiac' and ' Hail To The Thief ' will all be re-released in re-mastered, limited-edition vinyl.
