I'm always somewhat wary of record labels running series for the releases. Often they feel gimmicky and the marketing can often be a bit embarrassing. Not there aren't exceptions, there are some really exciting takes on the industry trope and Night Slugs ' 'Club Constructions' series is one such example. Everything that Gesaffelstein touches turns to techno, really good techno. The release date has fallen perfectly on my birthday so naturally I'm going to be ecstatic and thank whichever gods (or record labels) responsible for this. This is an industrial piece of equipment and although it only resembles the original Helix in but a few ways it is a very good remix. The release is out January 8 on Ed Banger Records with an extended version of “Helix”, the album track “Ohio” featuring Midnight Juggernauts’ member Vincent Vendetta, Gesaffelstein and Domenico Torti remixes of “Helix”, plus a new original tune entitled “Presence”.

C'est hier au soir que Laura Leishman a dévoilé le remix d' « Helix » par Gesaffelstein en exclusivité sur Le Mouv'. Un remix qui est attendu depuis le moment où il a été annoncé et qui sortira sur l'EP Remix le 7 janvier prochain chez Ed Banger . On y retrouve évidemment la touche du producteur qui pour l'occasion a bien retapé le morceau.
Laura Leishman a dévoilé hier en exclusivité dans son émission sur Le Mouv', le tout nouveau remix de Gesaffelstein annoncé depuis quelques jours déjà sur le prochain EP de Justice , Helix . Le single sortira le 7 Janvier 2013 chez Ed Banger Records .
