So I’ve heard around 14,563 songs so far in 2013, and I can safely say that out of all of them, nothing has blown me away more than Lexy & the Kill ’s official debut single “We Can Dance Alone”. After you regain consciousness followi ng one listen, be ready to take an hour out of your day to put this on repeat. While I’ve already shared my unabashed love for this group, my infatuation is taken to new, unreachable heights with this. Gigantic, pounding drums lay the groundwork for this explosive runaway romance as it prepares us [...]

Songs for the People by The Huge Songs for the People is the new album by one of our fave singers, The Huge . The LP is full of great but different moods, ABBA cover, jazz and even a poem from the Victorian age, The Night Wind by Emily Bronte.

This is a "golden oldie" from the massive discography of our man, The Huge . Taken from his 2010 album, The Colossus Killed The Giant . You can download the entire LP for free on his Bandcamp . The Colossus Killed The Giant by The Huge
Our collaboration with Edward Green is so huge that it has been highlighted in "HUGE" Japanese Magazine! Indeed, we must say this pair of shoes is one of the climax of our Fall-Winter 2012 collection. Created together with Edward Green, "Rolls Royce" of the british shoemakers, and made in England using the finest calfskin we can find, this limited-edition [...]

First off we must give out a HUGE congratulations to our friends in Blondfire for signing with Warner Bros. this past weekend. Let’s just say, we called a major label signing for these guys months ago. In celebration of this brilliant news, the band has come out with a new single called “Waves”. While this is no giant electro-pop phenom such as “Where the Wild Are”, this track gets to show off the more intellectual side of the group, taking them right to the rocky shores of life. Erica Driscoll sounds beautiful and [...]

Leed’s Cave birds just released their 2nd single, “In Love From Afar”, and it is simply massive. Supplying gigantic vocals over a suave background, the track is quite dramatic and enthralling. While the main main behind this project is Tom Cavebird, the act has gotten up to 14 members in thei limited quantity of live performances so far. There is no doubt in my mind that this band his high expecation to get far, and if they keep making tracks as powerful as this, they’ll achieve that in no time.
An interesting track from and up and coming DJ hailing from across the pond. Currently going to American University and coming out with some fresh tracks and getting some notoriety for mixing lots of genres of music into awesome tunes. Listen and download off the soundcloud below and prepare to lose your Face.... I mean... Race...

So we got to preview the first 3 remixes of the Syndicate theme done by Flux Pavillion, Skrillex, and Digitalism . Well now we get one from another huge name in dubstep and electronic music, the London based duo Nero. The take the song and give a massive bass filled reworking. It's hard to say which is my favorite, but it might be the Skrillex one . It might be cool for some DJ to do a mashup or mix with all of them. Turn up the bass, enjoy! Nero - Syndicate Theme (Nero [...]
This song almost hits too hard. One of the craziest, hardest hitting dubstep remixes I have heard in a long time. Give it a listen and tell me what you think.

Deep88 's Collecting Dust album is probably the best thing I've heard this year here is an another gem from the LP Funkanova started as a Jazzanove remix but now it's an even moaaaar amazing original
If any of you were disappointed with the highly experimental first track Fanfarlo released off their new record, “Replicate”, you now have reason to rejoice. Their next single, “Deconstruction” is a lot more like the old Fanfarlo that we have grown to love very dear to hear. Cheery, wholesome indie pop, that feels quite grand. The band is displaying a new sound from these first tracks, that make me believe they want to be the Arcade Fire of England. Enjoy the video! Fanfarlo - “Deconstruction”

The Huge is the singer of one of our fave songs in 2011 he just released a brilliant balearic cover of the R.E.M. classic as he says: - it's not house music... is just Music... we did the video past august and then ready to release it... no idea of R.E.M. would have closed the band... this of this as a tribute, the original is MASSIVE and can't be replicated - The Huge version of Losing My Religion is out now on ZOMAPOP

John Crowell was one of many that took in the entire MPMF weekend, here are some of his thoughts and photos from Friday and Saturday... The biggest complaint I’ve heard from people attending MidPoint Music Festival this year is actually one of the most encouraging things about it: the festival was packed. Shows were crammed with people, causing many venues to reach capacity night after night. Outside the venues, too, streets were filled with concert-goers. They weren’t there for the free Busken donuts, [...]
