Stone Roses Are Reunited

As heavily rumored during the past week, The Stone Roses have confirmed they will reunite and tour in 2012. The original members of the Manchester band announced that they are working on new material to accompany their two homecoming gigs at Heaton Park on June 29-30, 2012 as well as a world tour. Unlike previous reunion rumors, lead singer, Ian Brown explained the reason for actually reuniting this time around that, "at times like this you can uplift people" and will continue "until the wheels fall off.
