Tarfala Trio @ Cafe Oto 27.5.11 (by shuffleboil ) Tarfala Trio is a renowned free jazz improvisation trio by saxophonist Mats Gustafsson bassist Barry Guy and drummer Raymond Strid. This is part of a live jam from Dalston’s Cafe Oto .
After finishing the tracking for their album Patagonian Rats , the fellas in Tera Melos had some extra studio time, and decided to record 51 minutes and 35 seconds of their stream of consciousness. The result is the noise/music-filled "Echo On The Hills of Knebworth," which, according to Tera Melos, "was a concentrated blur and will hopefully be the same for you." The band is asking for a minimum of $5, but feel free to "pay what you want," as your generosity is much appreciated and will directly contribute to Tera Melos touring UK/Ireland. [...]

Apotheke is the free-form jam band that was created as an outlet for different musicians on Mash Down Babylon records. For the most part, the members of RX Bandits head the group but there were some guest appearances, namely Zach Hill, on their self-titled album who really added to the group's dynamic.
