Not only is he the drummer for Man Man , but he also teaches percussion lessons in the Philly area, has played with the bands Need New Body, the Chewables, and Icy Demons, and runs his own record label, Obey Your Brain. As if that wasn't enough, Powell has released "Xenon," which is the debut single from his new project Spaceship Aloha and features intergalactic synths, futuristic loops, and a subtle Hawaiian influence. Een van de eerste festivals waar ik naartoe ben geweest is Werchter. Het was net gescheiden van Torhout om als solo-festival door te gaan, en had een mooie line-up met Pulp, Björk, Garbage, Ben Folds en de Beastie Boys.
