The artwork adorning More Light – the umpteenth full-length effort from perennial, if perpetually stewed British shape shifters Primal Scream – may depict ringleader Bobby Gillespie daydreaming among the flowers though make no mistake: this ain't no psyched-out Screamadelica rehash by any stretch of even the most pliable of imaginations. What it is, however, is a fully Loaded and thoroughly revitalising rock record the like of which they've not contrived to compose since, well, since the quasi-seminal XTRMNTR , really. Plucking snatched from a faraway Orient may reverberate around breathy hex-cum-orchestral [...]
The weekends are a time to relax and let loose. Fortunately for us, Something Good have stitched together a Weekend Jam session for us that is a fantastic voyage through several genres that help us do just that. The nostalgic '80s sounds are injected directly into the heart of the newer styles today for a fusion that will get you moving in a way you can’t imagine. The mix features several of their own productions as well as tunes from Oliver , Jaytech , Justin Martin , and several other notable artists and groups. [...]

Music surrounds us, all day every day, and with the amount of music being released, it's easy to miss great tracks. We've put together a selection of songs that have been in the audiosphere for a few years now, but seemingly haven't garnered the attention that they deserved. So whether or not you've already heard these songs or overlooked them, they are well worth the listen. By Desiree Autobee *Tracks and year(s) released are as follows. Best Youth - Honey Trap (2011) [...]
Helsinki's finest lads, Otto Yliperttula and Karolus Viitala, have returned with another seductive and groovy single titled I Want You . Following numerous releases on the respected Nocturnal Groove imprint created by The Shapeshifters , Something Good deliver another piano-driven track as their first release of the year. In 2012, Something Good brought Before Dawn to the table, as well as the '80s-inspired hit Wannabe , which featured a fantastic video . I Want You drops you right into the past with old school piano [...]

>> [Photo Credit: Malia James] Internationally sourced and London-based indie rock duo Big Deal disclosed earlier this week that it will release a sophomore set, June Gloom , June 4th. Which, you know, thank God it's actually being released in June, because, duh, am I right? If the spelling-challenged preview track "Teradactol" that first appeared online in November is any indication, the new collection promises a new, noisier and louder sound for the heretofore relatively reserved pair of Kacey Underwood and Alice Costello. June Gloom was produced by Rory Attwell, whose credentials include [...]

I think it's pretty interesting that listeners seem to be pretty split when it comes to Marvin Gaye's album, I Want You . Some consider the album to be a mess while others hail it to be a masterpiece. Personally, I wouldn't go as far as to call I Want You Marvin's magnum opus, but it sure is one heck of a good LP. For this week's Smooth Sax I felt that "All The Way Round" was a perfect choice. The whole song itself, just like the album, is downright smooth, but the addition of a saxophone [...]
There's a lot to like crammed into this clever clip from garagey Boston upstarts The I Want You , even beyond the obvious cool factor of "hey! Lego animation!" First and foremost is the very snappy tune itself. "Three Short Days" touts fizzing, six-beats-to-a-measure (a la Pixies ) verses and sugary, swaying choruses, all kinetically paced and spaced within a sharp 100 seconds flat. The video was painstakingly animated by the quartet's guitarist Blake Girndt along with collaborator Chris Newell, and it is filled with all sorts of funny details. And even some unfunny but impressive ones: [...]

Let me introduce you to Odesza . Odesza is a project labored over by Catacombkid and BeachesBeaches, a production duo from Seattle. If ambient electronica is your thing, I think you guys will get along just fine. Looking to beef up your autumn chillwave mix? We highly recommend adding “I Want You,” off Odesza's aptly-named Summer’s Gone LP, on there. If you like what you hear, you can download the entire album for free on their Facebook . STREAM: Odesza - "I Want You"

Throughout a mindful rendition of “Wow’s” and thoughts of “Outstanding” amid its very first play, Leicester based band I Am In Love create more distinctive intention in their earthly-electro synthesizer in all but three minutes. Entitled impressively as ‘Palm,’ there is so much more within this entire flow of vocalised melody by just simply calling it “Nice.” Stunningly special and equalized intensely by moody, changeable chords, ‘Palm’ glows everlastingly and gives off a brightness that will light up any dark segment and will tone down any miserable smoulders. Flaming via a luminous British beacon, [...]
![Noah Vinson – The Life/I Want You [Videos]](http://cdn.elbo.ws/posts/4374965_lg.jpg)
Noah Vinson released the video for his latest single The Life/I Want You . He expresses his life and his love for music in this new visual for his upcoming album The Life scheduled to release sometime this year. With a beat infused with hip-hop and soul, Vinson expresses his poetic approach on life after growing up in the Bronx while showing disappointment at the way people see minorities. There's no hiding his feelings on being unrecognized as an artist in the game, and all of these emotions are passionately expressed throughout [...]

Hello everyone, it's that time again and I'm happy to bring to you this week's edition of Robot Music . Get ready to experience music that will make you feel a range of emotions, including the need to lay back and relax. Starting things off is an oldie but it still deserves some attention. It's a Kito & Reija Lee remix of "Pacifica" by Spor . By adding the wispy voice of Reija Lee with the perfect amount of synth, they transformed this song into a perfect fit [...]

Kool Bandits are a new production outfit from Paris, France - they sent over their latest track 'I Want You' and from the moment you hit play you know yor're listening to something that is unashamedly French. It might be a little too obvious for some, but quite often that's the best way. It's packed full of big hooks, filtered guitars and while it might be a little rough around the edges, it's clear that these guys know how to make a proper hands-in-the-air French disco banger.
