When New Orleans jazz sensation Trombone Shorty went into the studio to record the the ultra-sexy single "Do To Me", the up-and-coming trombonist solidified the track with soaring guitar riffs courtesy of legendary U.K. guitarist Jeff Beck. Now, the track has drawn the skills of another U.K. talent, this time as a mid-tempo, electro remix delivered by Manchester's Star Slinger (aka Darren Williams). I stumbled across this clip today and had to share. It's from a Les Paul Tribute show held at the Beacon Theater in New York earlier this year, featuring rocker guitarist Jeff Beck and the Imelda May band doing the '60s classic Remember (Walking in the Sand) . Beck's riffage is totally out of this world. The man holds no pick. Or equal.
