In the music video for "Become Someone Else's", Jens Lekman takes viewers on a walking tour of the Råbjerg Mile dunes in his home country of Denmark. While the dunes alone prove to be dull and colorless for most (i.e. those of us who grew up near these beauties ), Lekman's evocative croon and the track's somber horns make the ceaseless, unending grey actually seem worth traversing. Start your journey alongside Mr. Lekman when you click play below. Lekman’s latest album, I Know What Love Isn’t [...]
You know those moments of melancholic introspection when you just have to go for a walk along the sand dunes? Jens Lekman sure does. 'Become Someone Else's' is taken from the Swedish singer's latest album I Know What Love Isn't, out now.

Jens Lekman and co. move from the cellar to the lobby of the Wite-Out® factory in the video for "I Know What Love Isn't". Or at least this is how I imagine the lobby of the Wite-Out® factory to look like. Lekman's new album I Know What Love Isn’t hits stores on September 4th via Secretly Canadian.

The delightfully jazzy new Jens Lekman song, "Erica America", gets the video treatment today. Lekman is also set to begin touring with [...]

Yesterday, Jens Lekman announced U.S. tour dates in support of his upcoming LP, I Know What Love Isn't . Now, he's back with a video for the album's lead single, "Erica America". I Know What Love Isn't is out September 4th via Secretly Canadian.
Jens Lekman unfortunately knows what love isn't (his new record is called I Know What Love Isn't ) - but the good news is it should make for a great record. As for this video - he's shaved his head and is in a corridor with his bandmates - works well.

As simple as visuals get.

As a part of NPR Music's Tiny Desk series, Jens Lekman and drummer Addison Rogers performed "I Want a Pair of Cowboy Boots", "The End of the World is Bigger Than Love", and "Waiting For Kirsten".
