Man this song takes me back...Last night Huey Lewis and the News performed "I Want a New Drug" featuring Jimmy Kimmel on the Sony Indoor Stage. The band appeared on the late night program to promote the 30th anniversary of the release of their &x platinum album, Sports . Now I just feel old.

Band of Horses se presentó en la pasada edición del festival Coachella 2013. Anoche, el grupo de Washington se presentó en el programa de televisión  Jimmy Kimmel Live!,  donde hizo un tributo al fallecido el pasado mes de marzo, Jason Molina ( Songs: Ohia y Magnolia Electric Co. ). Molina fue un músico y cantautor de Estados Unidos que murió a causa de una falla renal. La banda hizo un cover a "I've Been Riding With the Ghost", además de interpretar "The General Specific" de su álbum Cease to Begin .

The BAND OF HORSES dropped via the Jimmy Kimmel show to perform I'VE BEEN RIDING WITH THE GHOST and I've just crutched me way back from the hospital post having the lower part of my right leg stitched back up.

So many great bands have been performing on American talks shows as of late. JAKE BUGG played on Jay Leno , and IRON AND WINE are booked to make an appearance on Jimmy Fallon , but it seems Jimmy Kimmel is the one booking all the great acts. Jimmy Kimmel Live conducted an experiment at this year’s Coachella festival in California, interviewing fans across the weekend and getting them to vouch for bands that don’t even exist. The presenter managed to get the fans to vouch for non-existant acts such as "Dr. Schlomo and the GI Clinic" and "Shortie Jizzle and the Plumbercucks", because they're that damn cool. This is incredible:
