You guys have waited pretty patiently for me to get off my lazy ass and get my best of 2009 lists out to you. I mean it's already 15 days into 2010, I need to get with it! So like I said in my #100-51 list , I didn't include singles that were released in 2009 that have 2010 album release dates (such as Vampire Weekend's Cousins) since I consider them 2010 releases! Flavour of the month, Swedish duo jj, have released a couple of brand new tracks for our listening pleasure. 'Let Go' is a sweet, melodic track featuring harmonicas, waves and pretty much all round loveliness throughout. It's probably my favourite original track I've heard from jj and spells good things for their upcoming new album. 'My Way' is a different story all together, featuring a Lil Wayne sample and a poem from Charles Manson. The track blends the peacefulness and tranquillity of jj's song with Weezy's lyrical breakdown rather effortlessly. [...]

Today Sincerely Yours posted two brand new jj songs for our listening delight! One of the songs, "Let Go", is going to be included on their eventual 2010 album, jj n° 3. The other is "My Way" a song that isn't included on the album, but it's just more solid output from this lovable Swedish duo.
