New from The Strokes frontman, Julian Casablancas , its clearly a new direction for East Village slacker. On the first track "11th Dimnesion" there's not much rock n'roll action here, like Yeah Yeah Yeahs the guitars have been traded in for synths for a more dance related sound. Still with lyrics like "Your faith has to be greater than your fear", it works, should be interesting. Maybe after doing that little disco number with Santigold & Pharrel he became curious.
