Although everyone has their own thoughts on Kanye, it's great to see some footage of him when he was at his best. In this clip we see that Kanye "got it from his momma" as she raps from of her favorite Kanye verses at the time.

While Kanye West can be a real jackass some times, one thing is for certain-he loves his mom. The late Donda West played a huge role in the artist's life, which is evident in some recently surfaced footage of the two tossing old raps back and forth. Apparently this is pre- College Dropout , possibly our favorite era in Kanye's career. But that is up for debate, and this footage is absolute gold. Check it out and let us know what you think. Kanye West stopped by the Facebook offices to perform some of the songs off of his upcoming album Good Ass Job currently slated for a September 14 release.  Choosing to take an a cappella approach, West stood alone on a table in a crowed conference room dressed in a tailored suit and belted out three new songs -  the comical "Lost in this World," the contemplative "Chain Heavy" and the tribute to his late mother Donda West "Mama's Boyfriend." The track "Coldest Winter," released in 2008 on 808's & Heartbreak , reportedly was written about the death of Kanye West 's mother Donda West. For the video below, directed by Nabil Elderkin , the song was remixed and features elements of the Tears for Fears song "Memories Fade."
