Kanye West is getting ready to release some "new sh*t" in the next couple of months. At least, that's what he told a crowd in Paris last night. No other information was given, but we're assuming this means we'll hear something from that new album. You know, the one Malik Yusef described as a "throwback to Black music." It goes without saying that Kanye West is infamously opinionated. Oftentimes, at one of his concerts, Mr. West takes off the Yeti mask and breaks out into 10-minute rants. While Kanye West was in Brazil over the weekend and probably unknowingly bagging some Grammy Awards , his hometown was showing him some love on CBS Chicago. The news crew took a trip to his alma mater, Polaris Charter Academy, where he took part in an "academically demanding program." They spoke with several of his teachers from his time there, during which he would doodle and write rhymes while telling them he would become a rap superstar one day. Yeah, this is great. Just after finding out that Kanye West was in Brazil , apparently recording with Will Smith, some footage has surfaced of the Chicago artist jamming out with a Samba outfit. The clip is brief, and pretty terrible quality, but it clearly shows Kanye rocking out with a number of musicians, getting down to a pretty saucy rhythm in Rio De Janeiro. We aren't sure this will have anything to do with West's new musical direction, but it is a fun look into this elusive man's worldly explorations. Watch the clip below.
