While Kanye West can be a real jackass some times, one thing is for certain-he loves his mom. The late Donda West played a huge role in the artist's life, which is evident in some recently surfaced footage of the two tossing old raps back and forth. Apparently this is pre- College Dropout , possibly our favorite era in Kanye's career. But that is up for debate, and this footage is absolute gold. Check it out and let us know what you think. It's kind of wild to see Kanye West talk to his late mother Donda West about and old "a million dollar" rhyme of his and 'Ye joking that he'd not made a million yet. Check out this archive footage of Kanye and Donda trying to remember an old verse of his - they even rap portions of it together. Très bien réalisé et super intéressant, le clip met en scène Nicolas Gueye Mary et Kalvin Winson dans la peau de Kanye West et Jay-Z , se balladant dans les rues de Paris.

Kanye's been posting numerous tracks over the summer under his G.O.O.D. Music umbrella, in preperation for the release of his Cruel Summer album. The latest of these, a hard-nosed collaboration with Jay Z and Big Sean features a beat courtesy of Hit 'Niggas In Paris' Boy. With the tracklisting leaking this week, Cruel Summer will feature a vast array of contributors, including: Pusha T Big Sean 2 Chainz, Kid Cudi, CyHi, Teyana Taylor, John Legend, Jay-Z, R. Kelly, Ghostface Killah, Raekwon, Common, Ma$e and DJ Khaled. Listen below.

The Dirty Projectors ' 21 minute long music film, Hi Custodian has arrived to the Internet, following last night's New York premiere at the Landmark Sunshine Cinema. Yesterday included performance by Janelle Monae, D' Angelo, Skrillex, MMG and no other than Jay-Z . Hov brought out the whole team on this one, performing with Memphis Bleek, Freeway, 2 Chainz, Big Sean, Pusha T, Common, Swizz Beatz, Yung Gunz and Kanye West . 2 Chainz debut album Based On A T.R.U. Story was a bit underwhelming, but one of the highlights was lead single " Birthday Song ", a cut that featured Kanye West . The song now has a visual companion, and it's always a nice treat to see Kanye riding a bright yellow bike with a stripper cake in tow. Watch the replay above. Based On A T.R.U.
