What's that jacket, Margiela? Disappointed in the Throne's official N*I*P video? Check this swagged out video from Paris I was recently sent. The video features some anonymous graffiti artists, a whole lot of vandalism and a ton of crazy fucking visuals. And it's actually set in Paris! Need I say more? Check it out and rate below! [...]
touches, touches, touches, get your touches. have an insane weekend, blame it on the beats!

It's easy to feel over-fatigued from award shows right now. They all sort of bump into one another at the same time. Though, given that the Oscars dropped the ball, skipping a handful of solid releases and performances, and that the Grammys still feel like, "one giant industry jerk-off where the ones who pushed the most quantity are rewarded for quality," as Alex Young put it so eloquently last year, who in their right mind cares? Well, America does. If Twitter is any indication, millions of people still tune in and actually gripe about the wins and losses; [...]
After last week's avalanche of amazing videos, things slowed up a bit this week. Still, our top pick is an uncanny, impossible-to-forget piece of work, and there's plenty of other good stuff further down the list. Check out our picks below. Read More...
The official video for "Ni**as In Paris" was released yesterday and, as someone who has never been a huge fan of music videos, I have to admit that this is pretty incredible. The video focuses on Jay-Z and Kanye West performing the song in front of a huge crowd of fans. The feeling of their live performance is brilliantly captured, intentionally highlighting why the two rappers are the contemporary kings of hip hop. The HD quality of the video and camera effects help get the job done too. It's a mesmerizing visual experience and, for me, illustrating a live performance with [...]

Los Angeles' Staples Center is where the 54th Grammy Awards will go down this Sunday. The CBS telecast kicks off at 8 p.m. EST, and the thought on everyone's mind is likely this: just how many statues is Britain's not-so-secret weapon Adele going to jet back to London with? Plus, will Grammy give the gift of a posthumous award to the late Amy Winehouse, who's up for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance (with Tony Bennett)? Will this be the year Skrillex becomes a household name ? Also, will Chris Brown and Rihanna bump into each [...]
Tweet vaso link Full disclosure: before watching this video, I never ever listened to this song. This is particularly strange because I'd identify myself as the most likely to listen to hip hop out of the writers of the blog (except for Will), but I never got Watch the Throne . The first thing I heard from that album was "Otis," and that soured me to the rest of the experience. (Redding's music, if you didn't know, is kind of sacred territory for me.) [...]

Here is a guest mixtape from the most awesome HunterHSK . He did everything on this one including the above album art and proper ID3 tags. Nice! Thanks Hunter and Happy Birthday! Hunter writes: This Friday's Mixtape comes to you all the way from sunny Costa Rica. DJ HBomb is bringing a little weekend party list to all y'all out there on his 30th birthday, tomorrow the 11th. I through this mix together hoping to give everyone a taste of what I will be listening to on the [...]

You know there's some excessive strobe action on the horizon when a video comes with a warning about possibly inducing epileptic fits. But then I guess Jay-Z and Kanye West aren't really ones to do things half-heartedly, are they? The new video for the pair's rather large tune 'Ni**as In Paris' hit the web earlier today. And as you can probably guess, its rather slick, with all sorts of kaleidoscopic effects in the mix to mess with your mind. 'Ni**as' is a bit of a big room tune really, so it makes sense that [...]
OK, I'm certain Jay and Kanye are just trolling the Illuminati conspiracy theorist at this point. Video: Jay-Z & Kanye West - Niggas In Paris is a post from: That Hip Hop Blog
"Niggas In Paris" marks the 2nd Kanye video that has a seziure inducing warning in the beginning. Trust me on this, this is 100x worse than "All Of The Lights". Seriously, try making it trhough the whole video without getting a headache. The Throne - "Niggas in Paris"

Well, I guess this right here was inevitable. Kanye West and Jay-Z 's Watch The Throne megahit "N*ggas In Paris" now has a seizure-inducing music video, composed mostly of live footage from Kanye and Hov's recent US tour. Flashing lights, mirror image effects, Kanye and Jay dancing... it's all there. Thoughts? If you aren't feeling creative, feel free to copy and paste one of the following suggested comments: That shit cray! Ball so [...]
This video dropped earlier today so I'm sure most of you have already watched it. Those of you that do not suffer from epileptic seizures of course. While most of you would have liked to see Jay and Kanye going ape shit in France....well you didn't. The visuals were taken from the duo's show at the Staples Center. Pretty simple video but something about it makes it mesmerizing. I couldn't stop watching the damn thing. Before I knew it, Watch The Throne took away 4:10 of my life. Would I have liked to [...]

Jay-Z and Kanye West have double reason to celebrate — their Watch The Throne single "Ni**as In Paris" just went double-platinum, and their seizure-inducing video (filmed at the duo's final tour stop at LA's Staples Center last December ) received a fair amount of positive reviews from critics and fans alike. (Though it's quite possible that many epileptics did not react favorably to the video's kaleidoscopic effects and flashing lights.) See what everyone was saying about Jay and Kanye goin' gorillas in their visually stimulating concert vid. [...]
Yeah I didn't bleep out NIGGAS like the rest of the blogs did. Take that society. Check it out.
