1. "Aaahh! Real Monsters" - XV feat. ScHoolboy Q & B.o.B. XV released his 17th official mixtape this week, and the Kansas rapper just continues to get better. He enlists the help of Schoolboy Q and Bobby Ray for this track, which is the best from the tape. It's a unique theme and a very unique sound and fool, and the three of them handle it really well. This track, like most of the songs from the tape, was produced by The Awesome Sound, and the sound here sure is awesome. Creativity and imagination lift this song to the top [...]

Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole have been in the studio working on their collaborative record, and we now get word that most of it will be produced by Mr. Cole himself. Fuse caught up with Lamar after his performance at Bonnaroo to see what he is up to. During the five minute interview, Kendrick reveals some minor details of upcoming works, including his own solo record and his work with J. Cole. Check it out and let us know what you think of the prospective projects.
Not a whole lot to add here. Pause...Rewind. Replay. WoW.
When most posse cuts earn a video treatment, the main MC gets all the air time and everyone else is imported in via voice-overs. But, the exact opposite is the [...]
Trae Tha Truth dropped the audio to this star-studded posse cut a few months back, and today we get the lengthy visuals to match. Somehow, Trae pulls all these heavyweight MCs in to film the video. Quite frankly, I didn't think that was going to be possible. But hey, it doesn't seem like he had much trouble snagging these crazy features to begin with. Watch the video and let us know what you think. Get More: www.mtvu.com

Need some proof that Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole are actually working on that joint project together? Well, here's your goddamn proof, y'all. The two hit the studio together recently and Cole posted a bunch of photos of that time on his DreamVillain website . He also noted that "shit just got real" and "Got my n***a K. Dot in the Ville as I type this." Awesome. Now just let us hear a song or give us a firm release date and today will be a million times better. Please? Peep the photos below.

Kid Cudi , Wiz Khalifa and Missy Elliott & Timbaland (in a joint special appearance) are some of the big names slated to perform at annual hip-hop fest Rock The Bells 2012. Also on the lineup are J. Cole , Nas , Kendrick Lamar , Lupe Fiasco , A$AP Rocky and Mac Miller [...]
This is one of this instances in which there's really not much I can say other than look down and peep the full lineup for this year's Rock The Bells. Oh wait, I have a few thoughts: Why is Mac Miller on there? No, wait, why is 2 Chainz on there?! This lineup is way too stacked and has too many big names. It's become clear that Rock The Bells has become overwhelmingly mainstream, which is fine. Gotta get paid, right? But why do they have to do [...]

Our feelings on J. Cole seem to wax and wane much like the moon. Seriously, I cannot think of another rapper out right now who has consistently hopped on both our good and bad side in the past few years. Maybe Wale? Anyway, Cole is back in our good graces with the announcement that he is for sure recording a joint album with Kendrick Lamar . Rumors of this project have been swirling for a minute now but this is the first time we've heard some concrete information about it. As Cole says in the [...]

In the mortal words of Lil' Wayne, sorry for the wait! Day and a half late, but it's worth the wait cause the songs this week were SICKKK, one of the best weeks in recent memory. 1. "I'm On 2.03 - Trae Tha Truth feat. a bunch of good rappers. Shared this one midweek because it was as noteworthy as it gets. Great beat reused from Trae's first "I'm On" but even more rappers come through with great verses. Memorable track with something for everyone. Trae Tha Truth feat. Big K.R.I.T., Jadakiss, J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, [...]

Here's the remix to "I'm On". Trae The Truth made a banger the first time around and tried to duplicate that with the 2.0 version. The original was Lupe, Big Boi, Wiz, and Wale. This one has K.R.I.T. , Jadakiss , J.Cole , and Bun B . Goddamn. That's an equally impressive squad. TRAE THA TRUTH FEAT. BIG K.R.I.T., JADAKISS, J.COLE, KENDRICK LAMAR, B.O.B., TYGA, GUDDA GUDDA, & BUN B - I'M ON 2.0
Man it's been a long day. While winding down and gearing up for tomorrow I remembered I had the second coming of " I'm On " waiting on my stream to check out. While it's no where near as nice as the first it features some verses from some heavy hitters that are worth at least a single listen.
