Kindness plays critic to the pop world and teaches a kid to play his latest single 'House' from his well enjoyed debut project ' World , You Need a Change of Mind .' The visual is odd and adoring with us leading more towards the latter. Lp is available now.

A slow simmering track that grows on you the more you listen to it. Kindness is British-born singer songwriter Adam Bainbridge. Kindness - House

It's good to see we weren't the only ones left hungry for more when Kindness unveiled 'Gee Up' via his semi-spoof music video. "The album will have the full length version, they always do" I said with assurance but alas, the 1.40 song remained. Cosmic Kids however created an extended version for use in their sets and beyond so now we can all enjoy an extended version of the song. Kindness - Gee Up (Cosmic Kids Extended Edit) [...]
On its full-length debut, Kindness brings a fresh, ambitious approach to the most regretted sounds in funk, disco, R&B, synth pop, and more. WATCH THE REVIEW
Kindness is the musical project of Mr. Adam Bainbridge, a producer who hasn't really been heard from since dropping a cover for the Replacements tune "Swinging Party" in '09 on Moshi Moshi Records. choice electro-pop cuts, two new and two old. so after giving in to much buzz and throwing on LUDGF 's humble, eponymous debut (grab it here - you can thank me later), it wasn't long after hearing the stellar opening track 'in steps' that i knew i was about to be left with yet another minor obsession on my hands. these guys - who are from LA, it turns out - have managed to craft a sound that somehow fuses my favorite elements of shoegaze, indie rock, electro, and pop - the result being an album worthy [...]

here's a saturday medley of tunes, starting with 'pa pa power' by dead man's bones , which is one of the coolest things i've heard in awhile. something about the playful, jangly keyboard lines atop the creepy children's choir shouting about just works incredibly well. check out the full album here . 'crystal roads' is a wavy, poppy rocker, swinging party (a replacements cover song, btw) is a transporting, dreamy piece of dancefloor genius (watch the video here , it really adds to the song), and 'bicycle' is a great balance of placidity and danciness in one [...]
