Florida rapper and walking thinkpiece generator Kitty has dropped a new song. And like her home state, "Florida" is warm, relaxed and somewhat off-kilter. Hot Sugar 's beat is so languid and twinkly it's almost nonexistent, letting Kitty's feathery rhymes breeze along.
