Yesterday, Lana Del Rey released a new music video for the Nancy Sinatra cover of "Summer Wine," and somehow I did not see many sites talking about it. I'm glad the whole ridiculous hype and constant coverage of everything she does slowed down, but still not many sites had posted this and it should be covered. The visual has a classic and retro look, something that fits Del Rey' s style and the sound of the song. Watch below. Fresh? [...]

La cantante estrenó un cover a "Summer Wine", famosa por ser interpretada por Sinatra en los sesenta. Para acompañar el cover debutó un video que, como muchos otros de Lana Del Rey , parece grabado en super-8 u otro formato casero. Pueden verlo a continuación:

In keeping with her obsession of all things retro, Lana Del Rey has not only covered Nancy Sinatra's "Summer Wine," but she's also recorded an accompanying video for the track. The clip comes just a few weeks after her Leonard Cohen "Chelsea Hotel No. 23 cover, and appears to be once again filmed using a vintage, Super 8 type camera. Watch it her ode to Ms. Sinatra above.

In the usual Lana Del Rey fashion, she releases a new dark and sulky video for the song "Chelsea Hotel No 2," which is a cover of Leonard Cohen ’s 1974 version that appeared on his fourth album New Skin for the Old Ceremony . I actually really like the cover Del Rey did because her vocals are the focal point, adding more emotion to the song.
