Liar - Lichborn EP Russian born label Gimme5 as been a staple this year for harboring quality, previously-unheard-of artists through an outlet of free expressionism. Their newest onset, exported through Romanian-based producer Liar , comes fitted for the dark inhabitants of the blogosphere. Large, orchestral pads, deep, grudgy synth-work, and panning machinery stutter through each track, making Lichborn one of G52s more uninterrupted releases. New Delhi rock act Barefaced Liar played Hell Pizza Pub, New Delhi on Friday, October 7. The band played material from their eponymous debut album (stream here ), and dropped a few Stevie Ray Vaughn covers as well. Despite being a free gig, the venue saw low attendance.
