It looks like we've got yet another summer festival on our hands here in NYC . The inaugural Catalpa Festival is set to take place July 28-29 on Randall's Island and they've announced their initial lineup, including The Black Keys , Snoop Dogg , TV on the Radio , and Umphrey's McGee in the top slots. Last night, I caught a killer Brothers Past show at Brooklyn Bowl. Unlike the last time the band played the Bowl during an epic 2010 snowstorm, BP had a huge turnout for this one. The band really stepped up their game last night, delivering a solid two-set dance throwdown for the NYC crowd.
