Un vent de fraicheur vient de s'emparer de Vimeo avec le clip de Midnight City que j'attendais comme le messie. Réalisé par le duo français Fleur et Manu , l'univers de ce clip est dingue, tout comme le titre qui est l'un des plus beaux morceaux de l'album d' M83 . A visionner sans modération.

M832s new double album 'Hurry Up, We're Dreaming' was finally released today and a new video has been made for the seminal hit 'Midnight City' we'll get around to reviewing the album sometime this week. Directed by Fleur & Manu and Produced by DIVISION, "Midnight City" is the soundtrack for a pack of gifted kids with telekinetic powers who escape from an institution to be free and run wild on the outskirts of LA.
M83 pretty much knocked Hurry Up, We're Dreaming out of the park. Double LPs are no easy task, but this album is the most colossal and focused statement of Anthony Gonzalez's career. The single "Midnight City" is a grandiose pop music at its finest, and thankfully it has received the video treatment. Seems fitting in order to match the massive scale of the song, the video tells the story telekinetic wonder kids breaking free of their confines to eventually watch the sun set with a soaring horn solo in the background. Also M83 just released their first video off their new album Hurry Up We're Dreaming ; which Pitchfork gave a overly-high rating of 9.1 and the coveted BNM.
