From the forthcoming album Major , Fang Island just released the track "Asunder." Its a cool song, sounding a bit like the Strokes, if Julian Casablancas was quite a bit happier. It's a summery track, with solid riffs, catchy vocals, and a shiny-gloss production. Go ahead, turn this one up in your car with the windows down. Look for this album on July 24th via Sargent House .

Oh hell yes. Fang Island have debuted a brand new track called, “Asunder”. This is as loud as we want and expect from the Brooklyn party trio. Every time I hear a track of theirs, I just want to go crazy on the top of a mountain, playing air guitar to their anthemic and infectious riffs. The track, which is wonderful in it’s own rambunctious way, is almost as good as “Daisy”, which is one of my favorite songs ever. I CAN’T WAIT for the band’s sophomore record, Major. It will be out July 24th through Sargent House.

This is one hell of a mix, full of the dopest underground Hip Hop outta the 90s, featuring the likes of Afu Ra, Crooklyn Dodgers and Alps Cru. It's a real nice collab between two friends outta Bradford, involved with Sinoptic Music (hence the West Yorkshire logo). Hashfinger, who is no stranger to Word Is Bond , mixed the records which were provided by Major Kuts. Together, they are The Stone Cutters.
