Former Smiths front man and the almost 50 year old Britih dreamboat (oh yes, still very much so) Morrissey , who has undoubtedly made a name for himself worldwide with his lengthy solo career, will release Years of Refusal in the United States on February 17, 2009 on Attack/Lost Highway . Years of Refusal is the Moz's first studio album since 2006's UK #1 Ringleader of the Tormentors .
