The late Levon Helm was a beloved figure who influenced more than one generation of musicians. Many of those artists who were influenced by The Band drummer will come together on October 3rd at the Izod Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey for a benefit concert to raise funds for Levon's estate and the Midnight Ramble concerts. El soulman blanco Mayer Hawthorne, que visitó nuestro país en enero pasado, este año publicó How do you do , tibio sucesor del mejor A strange arrangement , debut con el que sorprendió en 2009, por traer de vuelta los más clásicos y ligeros sonidos del soul. Hawthorne acaba de lanzar el video de "Dreaming", un caramelo de pop y soul vintage, lleno de colores e inquietos muñecos que interpretan el tema, uno de los mejores del álbum. El video fue dirigido por Ross Harris y puedes verlo a continuación.
