With Synthetica less than three weeks away from release, Metric has been doing their best to make the time pass by as quick as possible. You can now stream the brand new Metric single, “ Youth Without Youth ” below. To me, this falls a bit short. Besides the repetitive riffs, Emily just sounds like she’s sleeping, also also manages a very cheesy crowd participation call. At least the commentary from the band after the song plays, reminds me that some intelligence was put forth for this track. Still have high hopes for the record, SYNTHETICA, which comes out June 12th.
