Miike Snow is set to surface their upcoming second effort ' Happy To You ' on March 27th, the Swedish electro-pop collective has released the first single from the upcoming Lp.  'Paddling Out' is another catchy tune which we see getting bigger as the year continues. It's rare that we get a chance to talk about an album before Pitchfork has already reviewed it and set out the laws for whether or not you're "allowed" to like the album.
