Pretty sweet that the Hard Festival in Los Angeles was where they shot the video for Miike Snow's "Pretender." It was filmed during their performance and finds their friend Jean Noel experiencing his first EDM culture festival and learning all about the culture that surrounds. Directed by Vern Moen, this is the 4th in a series of videos featuring Jean Noel, a character created by video director Andreas Nilsson who also directed the first three videos for singles (" The Wave ," " Rabbit " and " Paddling Out ") from the band's latest album, Happy To [...]

Jean Noel hits Hard Festival.

A person's first festival can be an overwhelming experience, something Jean Noel learns firsthand in Miike Snow' s music video for "Pretender". Noel (the same large-nosed character who appears in the group's previous three videos ) wanders around Los Angeles' HARD Summer Fest. Along the way, he's harassed by random concertgoers, dances his face off, and encounters an all-too-brief brush with stardom. Relive your own festival de-virginization (which hopefully didn't involve leather pants in 90 degree weather) when you click play below. Miike Snow's latest, Happy to You [...]

What: Where Miike Snow's "Paddling Out" video left off , "The Wave" picks up.
