Ladytron have always been an elusive group, successfully releasing quality yet ostensibly unheard albums for years and with Gravity the Seducer , their fifth full-length, they make no exception. Noticeably lighter than previous releases, this is by far their dreamiest recording to date. This album sets itself apart from its predecessors starting with the very first track off the very first song. With the opening notes of "White Elephant", there's a more psychedelic and quasi orchestral feeling, which suits the group well and continues throughout. The Faint and Ladytron are currently on a co-headlining US tour. They played two dates at Webster Hall, alternating the headlining slot.
