Missy Elliott joined Ciara over the weekend for a neck-snapping medley at BET's annual Black Girls Rock event. Ciara started off with "One Woman Army" and "Sorry" before getting into her aughts hit "1, 2 Step" complete with the requisite intense dance moves.
