So, although "sodomy" has been 100% legal in the good ol' US of A since the Lawrence v. Texas Supreme Court decision in 2003, about 10-14 weirdo states have refused to take these laws off the books "on principle". Well, this is horrifying. TMZ reports that one person was shot and killed Thursday night (February 28) in Philadelphia as fans crowded around French Montana 's tour bus. Montana was inside the bus after his show, as fans swarmed around it, when police say a car drove by and fired into the crowd. A 27-year-old man was killed and a 29-year-old male suffered a gunshot wound to the shoulder. According to cops, Montana wasn't the target of the shooting, as it stemmed from a beef between two groups of fans.
