Dopo alcune tribolazioni con le case discografiche, The Little Ones sono riusciti a pubblicare il loro primo album, Morning Tide con la Heavenly Recordings. La band californiana sarà in giro per il Regno Unito, l'Irlanda e qualche pezzetto d'Europa (Amsterdam, Berlino) nelle prossime settimane. Il nostro bel paese è escluso dal tour promozionale. EMI rechnet, streicht und räumt auf. Das ist erstmal nichts Neues. Neu ist, dass auch The Little Ones unprofitabel sind und kurzerhand ihre künstlerische Freiheit wieder so richtig geniessen durften: Man setzte sie an die Luft und das fertige „Morning Tide" wurde gleich mit versenkt. Doch welches Potential in den sonnenverwöhnten Stücken der fünf Jungs aus El Pueblo de Nuestra Señora la Reina de LA steckt, erkannte nicht nur der NME.
