Did you know that intergalactic rap kings Kool Keith and Del The Funky Homosapien joined forces to form Dr. OctoTron? For those wondering, that's a combination of Keith's Dr. Octagon and Del's Deltron characters. Anyway, I don't know why this one flew so far under the radar, but they put out a two-track single, Spaz , on Threshold Recordings recently and we're now hearing the B-side. Cape Town based performance artist and producer Umlilo has released his debut music video for 'Living Dangerously' featuring Exorsista Kyla Phil. The video directed by Kyla Phil is an intimate portrait exploring the idea of being isolated in a modern South African landscape where there is high rates of corruption and crime. The androgynous singer and rapper emotionally channels the subject matter in the song, which was inspired by a police invasion at his parents home in Johannesburg.
