The one thing evident in Velous' new video is that he's not trying to be "Larger Than Life." Relying on his crooning, rapping, and mastery of musical instruments, this Kingston, New York native could very well be the whole package. Even greater than the aforementioned talents, it's his obvious affection and warmth throughout the course of the song that separates him from the legions of other rapping singers. "Larger Than Life" will be featured on his upcoming project Velocity .

Over the weekend The xx threw their first festival, Night + Day, in Lisbon. The first of three shows featured acts like John Talabot, James Murphy of LCD Soundsystem, and of course a performance from The xx.
