Naysayers ( Mr Guardian and Mr NME, we're looking at you ) are proclaiming the days of guitar bands are over. I have no idea what is going to be big this year and what isn't, and even if I think a band is going to release something amazing that probably doesn't matter, because bands I love rarely ever get all that famous anyway. This is totally out of the Scissor Sisters' ballpark, but it is a little jumpy. Not our cup of tea really, although we love when Jake Shears' vocals come in. But, we don't like the direction nor do we think the band should continue this way. Let's hope the new album packs a punch with some premium glam rock and alternative twists, like we are used to.
