Technically it's Saturday now, but, pah, details. Clean Bandit - Nightingale Clean Bandit don't do conventional - that's one of their charms - and  Nightingale  follows that pattern, with its pauses, and sudden instrumentals.  This video, shot on the streets and in the parks of East London, adds a nice narrative to proceedings, and throws in some excellent dance routines for good measure. Novella 's new video for 'Mary's Gun' is a most apt accompaniment, complimenting a track of such woozy yet stirring means with whitewashes of ocean spray and digital fuzz. The group's new 73 was recorded by Jerome Watson of  The History of Apple Pie  and The Horrors ' Joshua, out now on Italian Beach Babes. Male Bonding , Novella and Mazes are all teaming up for a special Christmas gig next month. The event will take place at London's Sebright Arms on 19 December.
