Frank Ocean is one of those rare songwriters that can talk about a sentiment pretty vaguely, and still make it feel deeply personal. It's a talent that made Nostalgia, Ultra the powerful, widely communicable album it became, and "Swim Good" is a perfect example. Why or from what Frank is running (swimming) isn't always clear, but the feeling is one that resonates either way. Granted, adding samurai swords, exploding vintage whips and gorgeous landscapes add some concrete content, but the storyline in Nabil's beautifully directed clip for "Swim Good" isn't exactly easy to follow either. I'm gone on record verbally and pretty sure I've put it in writing, but here goes... Frank Ocean's Nostalgia, Ultra is one of my favorite albums (mixtapes) from this year. Safe to say it will be making our list. With that being said, Frank Ocean hooks up again with Nabil Elderkin for his track, Swim Good .

In two days, Frank Ocean has dropped as many videos via his Tumblr for tracks from Nostalgia, Ultra . And they are… weird. Produced and directed by High Five Collective and Nabil Elderkin, last week’s “Thinking About You” video featured—somewhat surprisingly given the more traditionally romantic lyrics—two intense child death scenes, a crazy contact lens-wearing shaman, some teepees, and Ocean himself in a brief cameo as a nurse. Gotta say it's getting hard keeping up with Frank Ocean and the videos he releases. 2 vids in the past 2 weeks, not bad at all. Here is the latest visual to drop from his highly reputable mixtape 'Nostalgia, ULTRA'.

One of my favorite tracks from Frank's Nostalgia, Ultra finally gets an official visual. Frank Ocean has single handidly been one of this years most successful singers, along with The Weeknd. If you can't appreciate this song, give it another shot. Sick vocals and a dope song over an incredible beat is always a fix for success. @SeanCornholio

One of my favorite tracks of 2011 now has some official visuals to accompany it, and they're bizarre to say the least. We're working with a panda mask, a samurai sword, and some car explosions in this one. Keep doing you Frank. If you thought that last Frank Ocean video was hard to follow then you might have some trouble wrapping your head around this one. Long story short: Ocean grabs a samurai sword, kills somebody, blows up his car, puts on a panda mask, and then stares at a bird. Directed by Nabil Elderkin , the same dude who did the video for "Novacane". Hey, sometimes a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do.
