![[News] Queens of the Stone Age Announce UK Tour](http://cdn.elbo.ws/posts/5005458_lg.jpg)
I was starting to get a little nervous that I'd miss out on all the fun with Queens of the Stone Age having not headed to Download Festival this weekend. Turns out, I was wrong to worry as the band have just announced a handful of UK tour dates set for November this year. The band will bring their new album, ...Like Clockwork , and their impressive back-catalogue, of course, to The Hydro in Glasgow, Manchester's Evening News Arena, Birmingham's NIA and Wembley Arena, London. Tickets are on general sale next Friday, June 21st. These are some [...]

![[Listen] Washed Out Drops New Single "It Feels All Right"](http://cdn.elbo.ws/posts/4999697_lg.jpg)
Washed Out teased his new sophomore album Paracosm a few weeks back , giving us a brief teaser video and a few minor details. That changed today, as the (not so) chillwave artist gave us the LP's lead single. Titled "It Feels All Right," the song is very mellow and calming, accompanied by a flowery lyrics video. It definitely showcases the artist's new approach, where he used 50 different instruments to develop a vibrant, layered sound distinct from his former chillwave assocation. Stream the song below. [...]

The boys in Brett are at it again, this time remixing fellow District garage rockers, Teen Mom. Where the original is all 90s nostalgia and hyper, fuzzed out guitars, Brett flips it into a late-night summer jam, drowning in reverb and vibes. Taking cues from the chill wave scene, Chris Kelly’s voice sings, “I want to go out,” while a sea of synths pulses around him, accented by 80’s style percussion and enormous swells of reverb. This track is really warm, and it’s very strong evidence of Brett’s grade-A production skills, making them an absolute double threat. If you can’t [...]

Ed Drewett , one of the UK’s brightest songwriting talents, will release his new single ‘Undefeated’ on July 15. The track is taken from his debut album, due for release later this year. Ed is no stranger to songwriting success, having penned hit singles for The Wanted, Loveable Rogues, and Olly Murs. He is credited as co-writer on Olly’s current single ‘Dear Darlin’’. ‘Undefeated’ is anthemic modern pop at its best. The song holds a huge amount of poignancy for Ed, who has had first hand experience of a particularly turbulent time in the music industry, having gone [...]

Meg Myers has been in the studio writing for her debut album and decided to record a live version of one of the new tracks called COLD. It's a really bare-bones song featuring Meg solo - just her voice and a distorted electric guitar (remember Bush's Glycerine?). It comes out just in time to promote her upcoming Troubadour show in LA on June 6th, and a couple other summer dates, below. Live Summer Dates: Los Angeles - Troubadour on 6/6 tix San [...]

Y LUV has those Southern California/desert rock good time vibes on lock down. They also have a pretty darn cute logo. Am I heart? Am I a Y in a heart? Or am I a fun, new peace sign? Take that artist formally known as Prince! (Actually delete the last sentence. Prince is a golden god and we're not worthy.) Anyways, I digress! Y Luv is going to be making a big splash this summer with DJ sets at Bonnaroo (Silent Disco Tent, Friday, June 14 at 11:30pm) and Glastonbury (Avalon Café Stage, Sunday, June 30 at 9pm). Memorize [...]
