Gazing down through the harp strings to glimpse Newsom singing her intricate melodies, I couldn't shake the notion that this was the most beautiful performance I've ever heard. A case of hyperbole in my head? Perhaps, but that was how it felt in the fanciness of the moment.

Isn't there some kind of boycott going on in this state? Because you certainly could have fooled me. I'm not saying that to downplay the seriousness of the situation brewing both in the state and nationally right now. I only mean that this Summer and Fall are shaping up to be the most incredible seasons for live music in Phoenix that I've ever witnessed. Lets all focus on how lucky we are to get all these amazing bands that ARE coming through town and thank the promoters that are working tirelessly to keep these acts coming here during this trying [...]
