Damon Albarn has announced the beginnings of a new project involving some of the most sought-after musicians as well as local artists from the Democratic Republic of Congo. The collaboration is to be completed in seven days and all proceeds go to Oxfam for their work in the DRC, with whom Albarn also worked by way of the 'Mali Music' album.
