Today I'm excited to bring you the visuals for one of the hottest big hits from the past few months, 'Ni**s In Paris'. We featured some filthy remixes of the track. Well here's the pretty sick visuals showcasing their live show, with all the lights, and filled with tons of crazy video editing effects. It's American in its nature, with some extra African flavouring added thanks to the band living in an area of Paris that was largely an African immigrant one. Paris' Black Polygons crafts close-set, yet bleak sound textures of alternately startlingly crisp and densely noisey guitar and synth that seem plucked from the most daunting nights of winter. The Parisian band has released their 1st video and song, You'll See" off their upcoming debut record (due out In May), and it's that cool half spoken/half sung soundwaves that sound so good. While they describe themselves as "folk rock", this is clealry not that, but more of a calm, melody driven indie rock. If the video is any indication, the band enjoys pleasant looking landscapes.
